Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our body care products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or personal care items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Chanté Couture is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Order Cancellations:
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Final Sale Items:
All body oil gels, lip glosses, body scrubs, sale items, and limited-batch products are final sale.
