Shipping Policy

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your order ships. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time:
Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the customer’s location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Warm Weather Notice:
Our body oil gel is made with natural oils and wax, so the texture may soften or melt during warm weather or transit. This does not affect the quality of the product. If your product arrives softened, place it in a cool, dry area until it firms back up.

Address Accuracy:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Chanté Couture is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages:
Once your package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery delays are outside of our control. Chanté Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
